- Please allow 1-10 business days for your order to process, unless otherwise stated. Currently due to a rush in Devil’s Night before it was taken down we are severely back logged on orders. We’ll try to get all of them out in time for Christmas. You should get an email notification when your order is shipped with tracking. If 10 days passes on anything other than Devil’s Night, and you haven’t received a email, email us at [email protected].
- All books are signed by Pen. We don’t offer personalization, quotes, or character notes.
- We’re no longer offering series books just stand alone due to space requirements. Penelope’s back catalog is getting to be a lot to manage😊. We will continue to sell Hellbent till the entire series get’s released, and probably offer a bundle discount on all books when it releases for a limited time. The Fall Away series will be up for sale till we sell through remaining stock. Devil’s night has already sold threw and we’ll probably need to order more just to fill current orders. If we have any remaining stock when orders are caught up we’ll likely sell individual books again till we sell out.
Pen’s FB Post - Media Mail is the cheapest shipping option we offer for US residents, but it will NOT include swag due to postage restrictions. Complimentary swag is included on all other shipping options, and international shipping, so please choose another shipping option if you would like swag. Six or more books requires a large or variable weight shipping option. Medium will not fit six books. We currently are not offering shipping to the UK.
- Orders in the Merchandise section need to be placed separate from books due to separate shipping facilities/ They are being filled through Printful. They also have their own fulfillment times and shipping options so the above won’t apply.
- All books are as near perfect as possible, but with all paperbacks some small imperfections due to handling are possible. Small bends, creases, and knicks are normal. We remove any damaged books before shipping. If your book gets damaged in shipping, has any large missed issues, or defects please feel free to email us about the damage to evaluate for a replacement.
