- Please allow 1-10 business days for your order to process, unless otherwise stated. You should get an email notification when your order is shipped, with tracking. If 10 days passes, and you haven’t received an email, contact us at [email protected].
- All books are signed by Pen. We don’t offer personalization, quotes, or character notes.
- We’re transitioning to no longer carrying series installments. Penelope’s back catalog is getting to be a lot to manage, so we’ll sell through remaining stock of Fall Away and Devil’s Night, and then we’ll only sell the first installments, Bully and Corrupt. The rest of those series will continue to be available on all retailers, just not signed. We will continue to sell Hellbent until the entire series is released. Pen’s FB Post
- Media Mail is the cheapest shipping option we offer for US residents, but it will NOT include swag due to postage restrictions. Complimentary swag is included on all other shipping options and international shipping, so please choose another shipping option if you would like swag. Six or more books requires a large or variable weight shipping option. Medium will not fit six books.
- We are currently suspending international shipping due to postal issues. We hope to bring this service back soon, when things stabilize. Merchandise should still be available in most countries.
- Orders in the Merchandise section need to be placed separate from books due to separate shipping facilities. They are being filled through Printful. They also have their own fulfillment times and shipping options, so the above won’t apply.
- All books are as near perfect as possible, but with all paperbacks some small imperfections due to handling are possible. Small bends, creases, and knicks are normal. We remove any damaged books before shipping. If your book gets damaged in shipping, has any large missed issues, or defects, please feel free to email us about the damage to evaluate for a replacement.
